Is WordPress and other web applications available

Yes, WordPress and over 200 web applications are included and fully supported, plus it’s really simple to install. Choose between ‘auto install’ on sign up, or install it after you’ve signed up to our cloud hosting packages via cPanel (it only takes 3 clicks!)

Is it easy to upgrade my hosting account?

It’s dead easy. If you decide to upgrade your plan later on, you do can it directly through our client area. If you’re looking for a more powerful, specialised option and need help choosing, simply contact our support team, who can organise the upgrade and assist with migration to your new server.

What about data backup?

We maintain multiple automated backups of your data. Files and databases are backed up regularly and you are able to restore these via a web interface within your hosting control panel (cPanel).

How can i transfer my site to you?

Whether you’re looking to move your site from another cPanel hosting provider, a non-cPanel account, or have no idea at all, just head on over to our migrations page for more information.

Can I switch billing cycles after a month or two?

Yes – if you decide to try us out on a yearly basis and then want to move to an bi-annual or tri-annual subscription to take advantage of the generous discounts available, it’s not a problem. Just let our accounts team know, and we’ll take care of the rest.

What does 'unlimited' mean? Will you cut me off without warning?

Our unlimited plan is designed for small business or personal use. It’s appropriate for the majority of users and we see very few people abusing it. These plans are not suitable for storage of private files or file sharing or for users attempting to resell or host large numbers of websites. Heavy resources users, in terms of disk space, bandwidth, CPU and memory will be contacted to help them upgrade to a more suitable plan or one of our semi-dedicated servers. We will never cut you off without warning – but abusers will be suspended to protect our other responsible users.
